No scale. No stress. Just a bowl, your hands, and 10 minutes.

By Tkeyah  ·  Week 1  ·  5 min read

So I’m no necessarily “fully crunchy mama”. But every now and then I have a moment. A look at me making something from scratch moment. And these protein balls? That's my moment!

Before Grit & Glow, before strong-mama life, my life was bodybuilding. I knew macros like I knew my own name. But as of right now.. That season has passed. Now my focus has shifted to getting back into a healthy rhythm, managing a household, keeping up with a toddler, and feeding my body nutritious food. These protein balls are a perfect fit for that life.

They taste like a treat. They function like fuel. And they take less effort than you'd expect.

No scale required. No special equipment. Just dump, mix, roll, refrigerate. That's it.

  1. Add all your dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl: oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, and chocolate morsels.
